If you are interested in participating on the history committee please contact Dick Conn or mention it on the blue church attendance card. We desperately need your help and ideas.

Also if you have any historical documents or pictures, please let us borrow them to scan into the computer so that they may form a part of the documentation of our church's history. All loaned materials will be safely and promptly returned. We have been woefully inadequate stewards of our history. We need to gather together and preserve (archive) our church history before it is lost forever. This is an obligation we owe not only to ourselves but to future generations.

A special interest group to save our stained glass windows is currently being formed. Have you seen the stained glass window in the narthex? It is one of a number of stained glass windows from the old Potomac Chapel (1854-1969) which are currently stored in the basement of the sanctuary.
